If you want to get success then learn from those people who pass from that stage and achieve their goals. If you have a mentor or counselor then you are bless with good people. Also not everyone get a right person all the time. 

This is an article for those people who do not find mentor or nay professional person for guidance. Below there are some tips for the new, fresh and young entrepreneurs. 


1. Challenge yourself. 

According to the Richard Branson the biggest inspiration is to take challenge for yourself. He also say that  life is like university education in which you learn new things each day.so age does not matter try to build your mind to learn new things every day.


2. Do work you care about.

 Without any doubt you all know that running a business is not an easy job its takes your too much time. Steve jobs said that just do that work or occupation in your life that you are really trust and believe that.


3. Take the risk. 

The leaders and campions always take a risk because in all business there is risk somewhere. Also we don’t know the result of any task until and unless we actually perform that. Jeff Bezos say that people will not even guilt if they fail but they have guilt if they do not trying.


4. Believe in yourself.

If you have confidence in yourself that nothing is impossible then you have courage to do that work but if you do not believe in yourself then you just explain different reasons why you not to do this. 


5.Have a vision

6. Find good people. 

As a business man you were meet different people every day. It is also saying that people know with his company. Reid Hoffman is the founder of LinkedIn said that if you want to become a successful business man then idolize that person who belong to your field and meet with those people who are already in that position as you want.


7. Face your fears. 

Take control over your fear is not an easy thing but you have to do that. Arianna Huffington said that fearlessness or courage is like a muscles, the more you exercise your muscles the stronger your muscles become.


8.Take action. 

You have courage, you are brave, you are creative and bring innovative ideas but it is good when you implement these ideas into actions. Walt Disney say that easy way to take action is to stop thinking and do something. This would play well for your success.


9.Do the time. 

No one get success in one night, but actually it takes time. So do not think that if you spent more time for your business then it careless.


10.Manage energy, not time.

Your resource is your energy, your skills and your ability. So manage your energy as per the need of your business.


11. Build a great team. 

Always remember, on one can be succeed in business alone. If you have a multi-talented team and work for you to achieve goals. So design your team who help in your business and in your success.


12. Hire character. 

When you design your team, hire a valuable and responsible person. It is possible to teach and learn a required skills to your employee but you cannot learn the values of your company and as a humans.


13. Plan for raising capital.

 Make a proper plan in case if your budget is increase than the estimated. So you don’t take stress when the capital will rise. 


14. Know your goals. 

To get success in your business you need to have clear and precise goals. Also remembering yourself for the goals. As well as define your goals to your team members and other department of an organization.


15. Learn from mistakes. 

All people become a successful entrepreneurs when they learn from their past experience and past mistakes. May be initially people fail but people who learn from this are called a successful person.


16. Know your customer. 

The essence of success is more depend on your customer, so you need to that what your target market is? What your customer needs?  Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy’s, say that three out of four parts of your success confirm when you properly know your customers.


17. Learn from complaints. 

According to the Bills Gates your complaining customers is the best for your learning. Unsatisfied customers helps you to works on your weak areas.


18. Ask for customers’ input. 

Do not suppose yourself what your customer wants but actually ask them directly what they want or need. Because sometimes your supposition and thinking are not same your customers.


19. Spend wisely. 

When you invest your money in your business, then be careful to know where it is used. Because without a proper plan you will spent all your investment in wrong and useless things.


20. Understand your industry. 

If your friend success in one industry do not think you are also because everyone has different skills. So, Do not try experiment in different industry, do work that is related to your skills.


21. Deliver more than expected.

Google Larry give a message to the entrepreneurs that deliver a product or service more than your customers think. It is a good way to create a strong relationship with your customers and your customers observe this things.

To become a successful entrepreneur do a lot of work. You have a clear vision and strong determination.
